What to consider before applying
This role requires the candidate to be based out of our Dubai, UAE or Riyadh, KSA office.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Subject Matter Expertise:
    • Experience in the Leisure & Entertainment sector across a range of functional areas such as developing Strategy (Corporate / BU/ Portfolio/ Phasing) , business plans, pricing models, performing commercial due diligence as well advising on the appropriate operating model for clients.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and innovations that impact Leisure & Entertainment investment decisions.
  • Client Engagement and Business Development:
    • Cultivate strong relationships with Leisure & Entertainment organizations, investment firms, and related stakeholders in the Middle East.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Leisure and Entertainment Practice, leveraging your network and expertise.
  • Thought Leadership and Innovation:
    • Contribute to thought leadership initiatives by producing industry reports, whitepapers, and case studies that offer insights into Leisure & Entertainment investment.
    • Participate in industry conferences, panels, and events to showcase expertise.
  • Project Leadership and Team Management
    • Lead and oversee consulting projects related to Leisure & Entertainment, ensuring successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
    • Mentor and guide project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

The Requirements:

  • A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in leisure & entertainment / Tourism advisory, or a related field, with a strong focus on investment strategies.

  • Ideal candidate should have prior experience working on water parks, theme parks, adventure parks, zoos, safaris,marinas, & cinemas.

  • Proven track record of successfully leading consulting projects related to leisure & entertainment operations, event management, and strategic leisure & entertainment investments.

  • Strong network within the leisure & entertainment industry in the Middle East / Europe, including relationships with organizations, investors, and key decision-makers.

  • Ideally understand Middle East market dynamics and the drivers of Leisure & entertainment sector growth.

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex ideas and insights effectively.

  • Master’s degree in business administration, finance, real estate management, or a related field is preferred from a global top university or business school.

  • Demonstrated leadership experience, including managing project teams, and contributing to team development.
