Position Description:
We are looking for a Turnaround & Inspection Engineer (T&I) to join the Maintenance Division under Wasit Gas Plant (WGP).

WGP was brought on stream in 2016. WGP current processing capacity is 2.66 billion standard feet per day (BSCFD) of non-associated gas. The plant products are Ethane, propane, butane and Natural Gasoline (NG).

The engineer carries on full cycle for T&I from planning until final execution and closure. This requires many skills and traits for a successful T&I including cost estimation, scheduling, coordinating with engineering, inspection and operations to identify & finalize the most comprehensive T&I scope of work. Additionally, the engineer develops detailed job plans for identified T&I scopes and plan all required materials including identification of long lead materials to ensure availability prior to execution date. T&I engineer shall practice high leadership skills to coordinate with field members, contractors, and management to ensure smooth execution.

Minimum Requirements:
The successful candidate should hold a Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.

Minimum of 10 years of experience and should be aware about the Primavera P6 professional software, PMI-Scheduling (or equivalent), and PMI-PMP certificate (or equivalent)

Certified Cost Professional (CCP) certification or equivalent

Duties & Responsibilities:
You are required to perform the following:

Develop annual T&I Plan for all minor & major T&Is with accurate budgeting.

Work on SAP system to initiate needed T&I orders including tracking and monitoring.

Carry on T&Is planning and execution in line with corporate T&I manual.

Lead T&Is execution.

Participate in the T&I acceptance walkthrough to confirm completion of all activities.

Issue detailed post T&I report covering all events, findings, cots & scheduling performance, in addition to lessons learned.
