We help our clients and their legal entities with the incorporation of new companies, on going compliance with local legislation, and restructuring of their global businesses to manage governance and compliance risks.

The Middle East Legal Practice is looking for a Director to support the expansion of our Governance opportunities in the Middle East market. You’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level role include, but are not limited to;
– Delivering quality solutions to clients (primarily Government) across a range of industry sectors in the Middle East.
– Support in building a capable EGC team, under the guidance and oversight of EGC Co-Lead, Head of Legal and Middle East leadership.
– Establish effective client relationships with key client organisations, across both the Government and Private Sector.
Responsibilities:
– Advising clients on Corporate Secretarial and Governance best practice including oversight for the delivery of a range of client projects, particularly in relation to Board and Committee Governance.
– Delivering quality Governance framework solutions to clients in multiple industry sectors across the region.
– Lead the delivery of Governance advisory engagements.
– Support business development activities and client service contract negotiations.
– Uphold the firm’s code of ethics and business conduct.
– The ability and willingness to travel within the Middle East (specifically Saudi Arabia) or where the project requirements dictate.
– Support business management and operational matters, including recruitment,
resourcing, finance and risk management.
– Excellent communications skills in Arabic (preferable) and English.
– Ability to work under pressure with unpredictable and fluid deadlines.
– Big 4 or market-leading experience with proven negotiation technique and relationship capability.
– Proven leadership capabilities for both direct reporting personnel and wider project teams.
Qualifications / Educational Background / Skills
Masters or MBA
Fully CGI Qualified ideally ACG

A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in a Corporate Governance environment.
