This role is equal parts business strategy and product definition/delivery. You will need to thrive and deliver results in an ambiguous, fast-paced, and dynamic business environment – operating at all levels of the organization. The ideal candidate will use a combination of outstanding analytical skills, cross-functional understanding, business judgment, and strategic thinking to define the programs that expand reach of Amazon Devices across different countries. You will work closely with many partners such as business development team, solutions architects, finance, Content team, tax, accounting, and legal to ensure customers have access to a world class experience.

Candidate will possess superior native-level oral and written (Khaleeji Arabic and English) communication skills with an innate attention to detail as well as the technical understanding to drive deals across all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
– Define user needs, identifying gaps, features enhancements and opportunities.
– Define creative, high quality, simple product roadmaps based on team strategy and vision
– Develop detailed, crisp business requirements and user stories that can be used to create product specifications and architecture for each product and application
– Manage prioritization and trade-offs among customer experience, performance and operational support load
– Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners
– Work closely with engineering teams and program management to deliver products to market
– Proactively identify and resolve strategic issues that may impair the team’s ability to meet strategic, financial, and technical goals

This role requires:

· a deep understanding of user patterns, defining key metrics, designing analysis, instrumenting the reporting artifacts by working with data engineers and BIEs, up to senior executives. Your outputs will shape the product and business decisions for builders creating products and features customers love. You will need a strong ability to identify the most critical metrics and the relationships among those to inform customer obsessed decisions.
· a solid understanding of how to acquire and transform data to drive your analysis in a consumable way for your stakeholders.
· an excellent writer with the ability to take complex ideas and translate them into understandable insights and recommendations.

The successful candidate will possess a strong background, have a passion for innovating, have a well-rounded background in their current software and/or hardware disciplines, be comfortable with ambiguity, and motivated by a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment. This means you are not only able to develop and drive high-level strategic initiatives but can also roll up your sleeves, dig in, and get the job done. You will need to make appropriate trade-offs to optimize for quality, meet deadlines and communicate goals, milestones, and desired outcomes to cross-functional teams and leadership. The candidate should have experience working in a product development environment, strong organizational skills, and excellent -facing communication skills.


· Establish and run a managing analytics roadmap involving cross-functional stakeholders (BIE, data science, data engineering, product, marketing)
· Owning the metrics definitions and instrumentation
· Design and execute product/feature validation projects
· Help with the strategy, design, and execution of new initiatives aimed at new product features

· Fluency in Gulf dialects and languages
