Job Details:

As a Senior manager within our Business Services Transformation team, you will be expected to work as part of a PwC client project team to:

  • Analyze  client’s business services and shared service operations, including completion of maturity assessments
  • Identify improvement initiatives (e.g. process improvements, new technology)
  • Develop business services and shared service strategy
  • Produce compelling business cases for change
  • Design of target operating models, and associated implementation plans
  • Leverage PwC tools and methodologies, and apply analytical and problem solving techniques to deliver insight to clients
  • Work closely with other parts of PwC to deliver positive outcomes for PwC clients (e.g. Finance Transformation team, Technology)
  • Deliver presentations on findings and recommendations to clients
  • Facilitate client steering committees and meetings with C-Suite

 

To be successful in this role you will also be expected to:

  • Have  8+ years experience in a related role. Consulting background preferred
  • Build trusted and long lasting relationships with clients
  • Develop yourself personally, taking a keen interest in trends in business services, shared services, and sector(s) of your choice so you can help shape their thinking and our success in the market
  • Have knowledge of one or more business service / corporate service functions (e.g. Finance, Procurement, HR etc)
  • Bring exceptional project management skills, from strategy through to execution
  • Act as a mentor and train other members of the business unit and the project team in order to foster a high performance team environment
  • Lead business development activities, including responses to proposal requests and client networking
  • keep up to date with current trends from the region and from across the world, especially on emerging digital trends and applications
  • Work on internal initiatives and proposition development, where required
