We are seeking a Senior Auditor to work with the Functional Audits Department under Internal Auditing Admin Area.
Internal Auditing is an independent and objective assurance and consulting activity designed to add value and improve the operations of Aramco. Internal Auditing helps the organization to accomplish its objectives by bringing a systematic and disciplined approach to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of the organization’s risk management, control, and governance processes. Internal Auditing provides members of Management and the Board of Directors with analyses, recommendations and information concerning the activities reviewed.
The successful candidate should hold a Bachelor’s degree or higher preferably in Accounting, Business Administration, Computer Science, Management Information System or Engineering.
Minimum of 7 years auditing experience.
Professional certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CIA is desirable.
Duties & Responsibilities:
You are expected to perform the following:
Lead auditors and work under the direction of an Audit Manager.
Evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of risk management, internal controls and governance processes of the audited activities.
Establish the objective and scope of the audit engagement.
Develop comprehensive risk-based audit programs.
Prepare or assist in preparing audit reports.
Deliver presentations to client’s management at the audit opening and closing meetings.
Provide on-the-job training and mentoring to inexperienced or less experienced staff.
Evaluate the performance and capabilities of the assisting auditors on each audit.
Consulting activities, including assisting with or leading presentations to client’s management on various risk management, internal controls or governance processes as required.
