We are making significant investments for the long term – building our Fulfillment and Transportation infrastructure as well as the leadership team. The Program Manager role will help design and manage the life cycle of Amazon’s Delivery Service Partners (DSPs). We seek a highly skilled and motivated leader to drive end to end innovative solutions and strategic partnerships to the way in which we deliver products to our customers. This is an exciting opportunity to join a team in a rapidly growing area within Amazon.
An ideal candidate should have an extensive background in program and performance management, accounts and stakeholders management, and operations and cross-functional leadership (matrix organization) for large scale strategic initiatives. You will build opportunities and manage the DSP relationship across the entire lifecycle of the business. As trusted advisors, you will work alongside DSPs to help solve their biggest challenges at a programmatic level; influence their business planning and strategy; and look around corners to identify obstacles and recommend solutions, ensuring DSP owners make effective business decisions and are set for success. You will partner with DSP owners to scale their business in one of the fastest growing industries in the world.
• Strategy and implementation planning, and program and project management skills demonstrated through leading complex and high profile initiatives
• Proven record of creating strategic and commercial partnerships
• Analytical and modeling skills (Excel, Tableau (optional), etc.)
• Fluency in Arabic and English
• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• 5+ years of relevant working experience
• 9+ years of relevant work experience in account management, vendor management, last mile operations, and working with senior management
• Knowledge in mobility services and vans leasing/rental business
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills in both English and Arabic
• MBA or other advanced graduate degree
