Position Description:
We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to join the Ithra Communication & Partnerships Division of the King Abdulaziz Center for World Culture (Ithra).

The Marketing Specialist is a strategic role and you will be an integral part of development and execution of marketing plans to reach targets from brand awareness to product promotion. A Marketing Specialist should be a competent professional able to grasp consumer behavior trends and generate creative ideas. You should also be well-versed in specialized marketing concepts, principles and tactics.

Minimum Requirements:
As the successful candidate you will hold a bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising or a related field.

You will have a minimum of five years of experience with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a corporate marketing/advertising or a similar environment.

You will have proven experience as a Marketing Specialist or a similar role.

You will have a thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/social media, etc.) and market research methods.

You will be able to demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools.

You must have full professional English proficiency.

Duties & Responsibilities:
You will be required to perform the following:

Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns.

Liaise with external agencies to execute promotional events and campaigns.

Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, events planning, etc.).

Collaborate with marketing and other professionals to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts.

Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (social media, email, TV, etc.).

Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rate, traffic, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies.

Undertake individual tasks per the marketing plan, as assigned.
