Job summary

To hit these goals, we are leveraging the Amazon Flex app and its independent contractors – called delivery partners – to make deliveries to our customers. With this app, individuals can subscribe the program and now be their own boss delivering Amazon packages. The app works in concert with our advanced logistics systems that allows delivery partners to onboard, schedule delivery times, and guide them through their deliveries with in-app mapping and navigation. The approach and technology are nothing short of disruptive, and promise to challenge traditional approaches, and change the way the Last Mile industry operates.

To keep expanding the program across our MEU countries, we are looking to hire an experienced, passionate and dynamic Program Manager to improve the app, the program and the driver experience. In this high visibility role, you will partner with business, product, customer service and operations teams to identify driver insights, opportunities, priorities and track short term and long term initiatives. You will lead business case, process improvements and pilots/beta programs with our tech teams to launch the new features across MEU.

Key job responsibilities

  • Handling day to day operational escalations and be available to round the clock to manage the issues.
  • Internal/External Stake holder management.
  • Support fulfillment center operations and/or customer deliveries.
  • Work on the ground to enable network with new program launches and partner with the operations and other teams.
  • Team Management: Building and managing a multi-layer team and manage performance through on-the job coaching and mentoring.
  • Set proper expectations, provide clear status communications, and manage relationships with KSA FC Service Partners .
  • Work with KSA 3pl FC partner to improve operational aspects of their business in providing a great delivery experience and consistently enhance efficiency.
  • Enhance Engagement with partners to improve business and increase retention.
  • Drive 3PL FC goals in AMXL network in KSA

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Experience with working in logistics/supply chain/warehouse environment.
  • Experience with data analytics, excellent problem solving & analytical skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Willingness to train and learn new skills.
  • Able to handle long and short term multiple tasks, whilst working in a high stress, fast paced environment.
  • Ability to work in a flexible shift environment.
