Through strategic alliance with the largest private school owner and operator in Saudi Arabia, the Ma’arif Education Group, GEMS Education has added 14 new schools across KSA to our global footprint of world-class education and we now have an opportunity to enrich the lives of over 22,000 students and their families. 

Looking to the future, GEMS Education plans to build a significant portfolio of more than 50 schools and provide high-quality education to more than 130,000 students and creating 60,000 new jobs in the education sector. With the public and private sector working together, we aim to improve the standard of education in the country and enhance human capital development. 

 

Our vacancies:

We have a number of leadership opportunities available for the current academic year, and in 2021/2021 across the Kingdom, from Head of School to Principal and Executive level.

 

These positions are a fantastic opportunity for experienced school leaders that have led their own schools to develop and grow their careers within our network.

 

These leadership roles are key to our schools’ success. We require leaders who are:

 

  • Strategic thinkers: able to take a long-term view to help guide the school’s strategic direction and ensure that the vision is aligned to today’s competitive, global economy.
  • Highly effective communicators: able to deliver clear, pro-active and effective two-way communication (both orally and in writing) that expands understanding, listens to and respects the differences in an audience’s viewpoint.
  • Outstanding leaders: able to provide direction, set clear expectations and inspire through role modelling.
  • Collaborative: able to develop high performing teams and build effective relationships.
  • Track record: demonstrable track record in rapidly raising standards of achievement and progress and delivering exceptional education outcomes.
