We are seeking a Data Analytics and CRO Manager (DA&CROM) to join the Digital Communication Division of Public Affairs.
The Digital Communication Division (DCD) is responsible for the growth and maintenance of all Saudi Aramco Digital Channels and associated content.
The DA&CROM’s primary role is to analyze data from digital platforms and other company sources, such as reputation data, to identify potential improvements in communication across digital platforms. The DA&CROM will also be responsible for planning, set-up and management of conversion rate optimization programs and experiments.
As the successful candidate, you will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Web, Marketing, or Business from a recognized and approved program.
You will have five years of experience in digital marketing, including at least three years in data analytics.
You will be experienced in planning, set up, and maintenance of data analytics dashboards.
You will have the ability to evaluate channel performance based on data from various sources, and deliver key actionable insights based on this data.
You will be experience with Google Analytics, Omniture, and other analytics tools.
You will have at least five years of agency background.
You will have the ability to present complex data succinctly to a diverse range of stakeholders.
You will have the ability to translate strategic business goals in to measurable objectives and KPIs.
You will be experience with conversion optimization tools and processes.
Duties & Responsibilities:
You will be required to perform the following:
Set-up and maintenance of analytics dashboards to evaluate performance of all digital channels and campaigns.
Regular actionable insight sharing based on data to improve channel and campaign performance.
Collaborate with media agency and platforms (Google, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) to evaluate and iteratively improve channel performance – in coordination with the relevant division/group.
Work closely with the Web and Digital Media Unit to identify opportunities for conversion rate
optimization and usability enhancements.
Create and maintain audience segments in alignment with key industry personas and reputation data (working in collaboration with an SDI team).
Provide insights for data attribution modeling, and integration into demand side platform.
