We are looking for high-potential, flexible, innovative, and forward-thinking professionals to join our MENA Last Mile Programs team as Channel Team Lead for Heavy and Bulky, and specialty Fulfillment in KSA

Key job responsibilities
The Channel Team Lead (CTL) provides on-ground support to Ops team and Program Team with initiatives that require complex investigation and proactivity. With a mix of operational and program expertise the Channel Team Lead works with various stakeholders to support, monitor and drive resolution of operational call outs to minimize the overall business risk and maintaining the high Amazon quality bar. You should be able to dive deep, scrutinize details and foresee data implications. You must be flexible to work weekends and/or overnight shifts regularly and to travel to sites for launch, set up & monitor operations. The Channel Team Lead is a critical role in the Last Mile Program team organization as it serves as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders keeping in mind business objectives. Being organized, act promptly in notifying off-operational situation, problem solver, detailed oriented are part of your DNA.

At the same time, you will be supporting the Program team who works on the back-end to gather insights and use them to enhance program lifecycle and ensure Amazon standards and Partners best experience


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Experience in investigations related to managing contacts, determining the root cause(s) for issues, and tracking progress of process initiatives
  • Willingness to travel
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple sites simultaneously with attention to detail


Preferred qualifications

  • Project management and process optimization within a creative and operations environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree, Engineering graduate preferable
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Experience operating in a large multi-cultural, cross functional team
