Position Description:
We are seeking a Business Executive Technical Writer to join our Downstream Business Support Department which reports directly to the Downstream Finance, Strategy & Planning General Manager.
Downstream Business Support (DBS) is responsible for developing Downstream strategy for HSE, HR and workforce planning. DBS also coordinate senior VP office communication, handle Ministry of Energy correspondence and strategy and market analysis requests.
Your primary responsibility will be the development of reports and presentations outlining the plans and performance of Saudi Aramco’s Downstream business. These reports include the annual 3-year business plan report and semi-annual accountability reports as well as related presentations for these items.

Minimum Requirements:
As the successful candidate you will hold a Bachelor in Business or Marketing. An advanced degree is preferred.
You will have a minimum of 10 years’ experience, with a record of growing responsibility, in the communications field with an emphasis on business performance and communication reporting
You will have extensive working experience within a large, multinational corporation or organization, International experience is a plus.
You should have a high level of English language editorial and corporate copy and speech writing ability with excellent writing skills in corporate level reports and presentations.
You should also have project management experience covering all aspects of the development of reports and presentations.

Duties & Responsibilities:
You will be required to perform the following:
Reviewing and editing all Downstream business line level performance and planning reports and presentations for Corporate submission.
Developing infographics for reports and presentations to explain complex data in easily understood fashion.
Interacting with Downstream Planning and Performance analysts to understand business plans and organizational performance.
Interacting with the Company’s Corporate Planning organization to understand the Company’s strategies to assure planning and accountability reports are aligned with strategy.
Researching, writing and editing of internal and external communication messages and SVP announcements to employees.
Editing and providing input on executive speeches related to Downstream.
